The main documents depend on the country you are in, but usually the following are required:

  • International biometric passport
  • Visa or residence card (depending on your residency status)
  • PESEL or another local identification number

Additionally, for drivers:

  • Certificate of no criminal record
  • Driver’s license of the required category
  • Code 95 (for category CE)

Our managers will help you verify that all your documents meet the requirements of the country of employment.

No, knowledge of the language is not mandatory. Our coordinators who speak Ukrainian, Russian and the local language are present at the facilities. They will help you during adaptation, in everyday matters and in communicating with the employer. We do everything to make you feel confident from the first day of work.

Yes, of course. We provide official employment, so after a certain period of work you will be able to legalize your stay.
We will provide all the necessary documents from the employer that are needed to apply for a residence permit or visa extension. Our coordinators will tell you what steps to take in your situation.
